On Saturday, October 24, we’re upgrading the core infrastructure behind IntelliHub and Engage360. This is a large backend database update, and downtime will be unavoidable.

What will be affected:
Applications: IntelliHub, Engage360, Monarch, and any other customer-facing app will be down during the above window.
Devices: Almost all devices have store-and-forward and will upload the data they record during the window once maintenance is complete. Devices that are asleep during the window will sync the next time the vehicle is powered on.
